::skyglyph is cloud service. It means there are no special requirements for your computer.
The only requirement is working Internet. If you have any problems with access to the ::skyglyph - please run the test and let us know results (find details in this article).
Also - our service is tested for two browsers - Google Chrome and Firefox.
Install fresh version of one of these browsers and use it for work with ::skyglyph, please.
